Andrea Magda began practicing yoga to increase overall fitness and to complement a variety of sports and recreational activities. As an avid runner, yoga subtly changed her physically and mentally. That experience prompted her to develop a practice that has become both a passion and career. She seeks to spread a positive yogic experience without taking it all too seriously.
Andrea works with novices and elite athletes on land and in the water to sharpen the senses, focus the mind and body, and awaken the inner spirit. Linking body, mind and spirit to the breath, she encourages practitioners to strive to achieve their personal best.
